This is an individual challenge, no group winners. Group activities are encouraged.



  1. Initial Weigh-in’s. All participant's must submit their Initial Weigh-In no later than 48 hours after the start of the challenge. If a participant is a late register, they have until the seventh day after the start of the challenge to submit their Initial Weight-In.   2. Official Weigh-In Process. Participant's should weigh themselves every Friday at approximately the same time. The Initial Weigh-In includes all measurements listed in front of the Work It Out Journal. (wrist, waist, etc.) A list of measurements will be provided upon request, if a Work Out Journal is not purchased. Participant must submit two photos for Official Weigh-In’s to count. 1) photo of participant's full body on the scale. 2) photo of participant standing on the scale showing participant's weight, with a piece of paper with the “Weekly Password”. Passwords will change daily and will be posted in our Facebook Group, sent via email, and texted to the phone number submitted when registered. A participant is allowed to win as many weekly challenges. Weekly Weigh-In's. Each participant is responsible for submitting their Official Weigh-In each Friday. (email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Failure to submit 3 Official Weigh-Ins will result in disqualification from Challenge. Participant is allowed to submit Weekly Weigh In's until 11:59 pm Sunday of the same week, not to exceed 48 hours. Weekly weigh-In's DO NOT require measurements. The Official Weigh-In Process must be followed for Weekly Weigh In's (2 photos's). Weekly winners will be posted and based on weight loss percentage and participation in Inner Weekly Challenges. Inner Weekly Challenges can consist of 7 days no soda, 5 days no sweets and other similar challenges. The overall Challenge winner will be the participant that loses the most weight percentage AND make healthier lifestyle changes. In the event there is a tie, both contestants will participate in a One Week Championship Challenge. The winner will then be awarded $500. If there continue to be a tie, both participants will split the $500 prize. Tie's are strongly discouraged. During the course of the challenge, participants are discouraged from undergoing any surgical weight loss procedures. It will not disqualify a participant, since weight lose in itself is not the basis of winning the Work It Out Challenge. Participant MUST submit procedure and results from procedure. If a participant use any diet pills, waist trainers, detox teas, or any other commercial method of losing weight, participant is required to list the products used.

  3. Work It Out Apparel and Starter Kits: Participant's are not required to purchase Work It Out Apparel or Starter Kits. They can be purchased to assist participant's. The Starter Kits include a complete Work It Out Outfit, to include a tshirt and either shorts or strechable tights, a water bottle, tape measure, and a 30-Day Work It Out Journal. The journals are extremely helpful in documenting challenge progress among other things. For participant's that want to excellerate their Work It Out Challenge, Deluxe and Premium Starter Kits are available. Premium Starter Kits include, Challenge Registration, Two Complete Work It Out Outfits (your choice of shorts, tights or both), 4- 30 day Work It Out Journals, a water bottle, tape measure, and 15 Meal Prep Containers. Styles may vary.
  4. At the end of the challenge, all participates have 48 hours to submit their Final Weigh Out Results. Even if participant do not believe they won the challenge, they are still asked to submit Final Weigh Out Results. They will be helpful in getting more favorable results in the future. Final Weigh-Out Results include measurements. Official Weigh-In procedures MUST be followed. 
  5. Weigh-In Audits. We have methods to determine if a participant is submitting accurate measurements and weights. If it is suspected any participant has submitted false results, an audit will be performed. An audit will consist of detailed description and proof of weight/ measurement progress. The Work It Out Journal will serve as proof for audits.
  6. After all Final Weigh Out Results are received, or 48 hours, whichever comes first, the Challenge winner will be determined. If a Championship Challenge is required, 24 hours after the winner is determined, the winner will be presented the $500 prize.
